Within the Flagstaff / Bellemont / Williams triangle we target 20–35 minutes for jump starts and lockouts. You get a real ETA at dispatch — never a vague 'we will try.' Off-road recovery ETAs return to the FAQ when the off-road unit re-opens in a future phase.
Jump starts (heavy-duty pack on a confirmed dead-battery call), lockouts (non-damaging long-reach kit), flat tire changes (with the spare you carry), fuel delivery (up to 3 gallons of unleaded), and basic on-site diagnostics to help you decide whether to drive on or call for a tow. The published service-visit fees apply around the clock. After-hours and weekend addenda are called out line by line on the invoice and confirmed in writing before the unit rolls — nothing is added at drop-off.
