Six named coverage zones along the I-40 corridor from Bellemont to the California line, south to the Grand Canyon, and out to the Coconino National Forest and the Mogollon Rim — four are open for roadside service today, two carry a "towing & off-road recovery — coming soon" note while that arm re-opens.

The right kit for the right stuck.

On-road service is a flat per-zone service-visit fee — billed after the call, metered against the mileage band, the way standard roadside work has always priced itself. Towing and off-road recovery ride the same envelope; the rate sheet pulls them back in once the off-road arm re-opens.

    Downtown, NAU, and the I-40 corridor east and west of town. The hub of the operation — fastest response window for any vehicle class and the standard service-call area for the dispatch yard.

    I-40 mile 184, west of Flagstaff — a short loop for any standard service truck to roll off the yard, the closest point of the corridor east of the yard.

    The I-40 west gate to the Grand Canyon and a Route 66 traffic corridor in its own right. Service-call reach extends to Williams city limits.

    Tusayan, Mather Point, and the South Rim village loop — tourist-recovery focus. Fixed quote before the unit rolls; an optional add-on line for a flatbed hand-off is quoted in advance.

    Towing and off-road recovery in the FR-300 spurs, Cinder Hills ORV, and the two-tracks between Flagstaff and the San Francisco Peaks are paused while the off-road arm re-opens in a future phase. Email bennys-towing@polsia.app to be notified.
